This program offers expert instruction by a life-long meditation and breath work (praanayaam) specialist who, growing up in India, has been intensively immersed in the discipline, philosophy and science of yog and meditation. This education encompassed the 8 limbs, or parts of yogic lifestyle/study including scripture translation from Sanskrit, Asana (physical postures), Pranayam (science of breath), Meditation, Ayurvedic medicinal approach and Ayurvedic Psychology, as well as mantra/chant and classical northern music on sitar. She has an M.A. in Yogic Sciences from West Bengal India, ‘87. She is a published writer particularly on the efficacy of meditation. Currently Sachne resides in Toronto teaching, Life Coaching, Teacher Training and writing.
